Shawn Ryan P.e.

Shawn Ryan, P.E. has a robust background in civil engineering, currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of San Clemente since October 2012, with previous roles as Associate Civil Engineer and Assistant Engineer within the same organization. Additionally, Shawn held the position of Land Development Manager at the City of Vista for a brief period in early 2022. Before that, experience includes serving as Project Engineer at Taylor Group, Inc. from October 2004 to March 2010 and as Assistant Engineer at the City of Oceanside from March 2001 to December 2003.
