James Warnstedt

James Warnstedt has over two decades of experience in public works and park management, currently serving as the Deputy Public Works Director for the Village of Buffalo Grove since March 2022. Prior to this role, James held the position of Superintendent of Park & Facility Services at Glenview Park District from November 2010 to March 2022 and served as the Assistant Superintendent of Parks and Planning at Glen Ellyn Park District from January 2005 to October 2010. Earlier in James's career, work as part of the Parks and Public Properties team at the Village of Lake in the Hills took place from April 2001 to January 2005. James earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in General Studies with a Business Minor from Columbia College, graduating in December 2005.
