San Gabriel City Councilwoman Carina Rivera

San Gabriel City Councilwoman Carina Rivera has been serving in the City Council since February 2022. Prior to this role, Carina Rivera worked as the Human Resources Director at ACJ Enterprises Inc. from November 2003 to March 2022. Carina Rivera holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the West, which was completed between 1995 and 2000.
