Fel Agrelius

Fel Agrelius is an experienced civic engagement professional currently serving as the Civic Engagement Manager for the City of San Rafael since November 2024. Previously, Fel worked as an Aide to Supervisor Katie Rice at the County of Marin, where responsibilities included community engagement and providing resources to residents. Fel's background includes roles as the Digital, Grant, and Program Specialist for the City of San Rafael, Director of Programs and Communications at The Spahr Center, and Program Coordinator for the Independent Living Resource Center SF. Fel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Feminist, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Scripps College.
