Yuri Koslen

Yuri Koslen is an experienced transit planner with a strong background in urban planning and transportation services. Currently serving as a Senior Transit Planner for the City of Santa Rosa since April 2016, Yuri has previously held key positions including Transit Projects Coordinator for the City of Asheville and Transportation Planner at the University of North Carolina Asheville. Additionally, Yuri has experience as the Director of Central Support Services at Naropa University. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Geography with a focus on Urban Planning from Appalachian State University and a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Political Science from The Evergreen State College.
