Rachel Perkins B.Ed. (Hons) NPQH is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the CEO and Founder of RubyUK Educational Consultancy since August 2023. In addition, Rachel has held a role as an Associate Inspector with the Knowledge & Human Development Authority since December 2022. Prior positions include Principal at Lambourn Church of England School (August 2020 - December 2022), Primary and Kindergarten Principal at the Australian International School in Vietnam (July 2016 - August 2020), Head of Primary and Early Years at The Regent's School, Bangkok (April 2012 - July 2016), Executive Headteacher at Kingsbridge Area Federation (April 2010 - July 2012), and Headteacher at Charleton C of E School (December 2008 - April 2012). Rachel's educational background includes a Bachelor of Education in Geography and Environmental Studies from Bangor Normal College and an NPQH from the National College of Learning. Additionally, Rachel holds a BTEC National in Finance from Percival Whitley College.
