Thiago Prado, MHRM, CPHR (c), serves as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consultant and Performance Improvement Coordinator at the City of Saskatoon, focusing on program development and process improvement within HR services since August 2020. Previously, Thiago held positions as a Staff Coach for U8-U11 at Vancouver Whitecaps FC and as a Senior Research Technician at the University of Saskatchewan from September 2006 to July 2020, where responsibilities included managing a diverse workforce, supporting research projects, and implementing HR practices. Earlier experience includes a Sales Representative role at Bayer Crop Science, where responsibilities encompassed sales, technical support, recruitment, and research development. Thiago holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Regina and additional qualifications in Human Resources Management and Agriculture Engineering.
