Mark Welch

Mark Welch has a diverse professional background with experience in client service, custom printing and lasering, computer system administration, and law enforcement. Currently, Mark serves as a Client Service Technician II at the City of Schertz, a position held since June 2018. Prior to this role, Mark owned Texas Effects, specializing in custom printing and lasering services from May 2016 to June 2018. Mark's earlier career includes significant positions at Lockheed Martin Information Technology as a Senior Computer System Administrator from September 2004 to April 2016, and as an Investigator at the Bexar County District Attorney's Office for a brief period in 2002. Mark started in public service as a Police Officer for the City of Kirby from December 1999 to March 2002.
