Josh Utterback, MBA, MRED, CEcD, currently serves as the Interim Economic Development Director and has held various positions including Economic Development Program Manager and Economic Development Specialist at the City of Scottsdale since March 2018. Prior experience includes roles at Willow Creek Corner, LLC as Operating Manager, RRA Capital as a Real Estate Consultant, and Grossman Company Properties as Development Manager. Earlier, Josh worked as an Economic Development Specialist for the City of Mesa and held multiple positions within The Utterback Company, including Vice President and Development Coordinator. Additional experience includes being a Principal at J & J Casas, LLC, and a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual. Josh holds a Master's in Business Administration and a Master's in Real Estate Development from Arizona State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics and Bible Theology from Wheaton College.
