Andy Higgins

Andy Higgins is currently serving as the Customer Success Director and Engineering Services Director in the Department of Construction & Inspections at the City of Seattle. Prior to this, Andy worked as the Owner/President of C A Higgins Companies, LLC and held various roles within the City of Seattle, City of Sammamish, City of Kirkland, and the Joseph M. Juran Center for Research in Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality. Andy has a MBA in Operations, Strategy & Supply Chain Management from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington.
