Mark Redman has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Mark has held various roles in companies across different industries.

Starting in their earlier years, Mark worked as a Ski Patrol Foreman at The Canyons from 2000 to 2006. Mark then transitioned to become a Fishing Guide and USCG Licensed Captain at Baymen Outfitters from 2005 to 2006, operating out of Duxbury, MA.

In 2006, Mark shifted gears and joined J.F. Griffin Publishing as an Advertising Sales representative. Mark later moved on to Forrester Research as an Event Sales Associate from 2007 to 2008.

From 2008 to 2010, Mark held a role in Account Development at Endeca. Mark then joined SuccessFactors as a Business Development professional from 2010 to 2012 before transitioning to become an Enterprise Client Account Executive at the same company from 2012 to 2013.

In 2013, Mark started their tenure at Brainshark, initially serving as a National Account Manager from 2013 to 2014. Mark was then promoted to be the Director of Customer Retention from 2015 to 2017, followed by the role of Director of Enterprise Account Management from 2018 to 2019.

Mark later joined Gartner in 2019 as a Senior Account Executive, assisting institutions in modernizing their academic programs. In 2020, they moved on to Zuora as a Senior Account Executive, helping companies establish subscription-based revenue models.

Currently, Mark holds a position at Brightcove, where they first served as a Customer Success Director from 2021 to 2023, before being promoted to the role of Director, Media Customer Success - Americas starting in January 2023.

Mark Redman has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Bates College, which they obtained from 1996 to 2000. In 1998, they also attended the School for International Training, specializing in Environmental Economics and Sustainability Studies for a brief period. Prior to college, they received a high school diploma in General Studies from St. John's Prep between 1992 and 1996. Additionally, they obtained a certification titled "Filling the Funnel" from JB Sales Training in April 2021.
