Tho Vo

Tho Vo's work experience includes a senior talent acquisition lead role at the City of Seattle, where they oversee and develop other recruiters and the recruiting process. They also had a role as a senior technical recruiter at Seattle Public Utilities. Prior to that, Tho worked at Boeing as a global staffing recruiter III. Tho also has experience at Aerotek, where they worked as an account manager and a recruiter lead. They were responsible for building relationships with clients and managing a team of recruiters. Tho also performed additional responsibilities such as onboarding new hires and facilitating training.

Tho Vo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a major in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Washington. This degree was completed from 2001 to 2005.
