David E. Weiss

David E. Weiss serves as the Mayor of the City of Shaker Heights since April 2018. Prior to this role, David owned Juma Gallery LLC from June 2016 to June 2020 and held the position of Executive Vice President and General Counsel at DDR Corp. from June 1999 to October 2017. David also worked as a partner at McDonald Hopkins Burke & Haber Co LPA from September 1986 to June 1999. David E. Weiss earned a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law between 1983 and 1986 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan from 1979 to 1983.
