Jesse Lara

Jesse Lara currently serves as a City Council Member and a Commissioner on the Planning and Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the City of Shakopee, Minnesota, since March 2021. Additionally, Jesse holds a position as Associate Sales Executive - Global Print at Thomson Reuters, starting in January 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Member Relationship Advisor/Personal Banker II and Member Relationship Advisor at TruStone Financial Credit Union from December 2017 to January 2021, and as a Jewelry Specialist Sales Manager at Jared the Galleria of Jewelry from August 2012 to December 2017. Earlier in the career, Jesse worked as Assistant Manager at Granite City Food & Brewery and as Service Manager at Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar. Education was pursued at Metro State University.
