Miguel Gutierrez

Miguel Gutierrez serves as a City Council Member for the City of Shelton, Washington, since December 2021, and is the Future Owner of Three Wishes Bed and Breakfast, an organic farm experience located between Seattle and Portland. With extensive experience in program management and community engagement, Miguel previously held positions such as Program Manager for Camping at the Presidio with the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy and Regional Supervisor for BAYAC AmeriCorps. Additionally, Miguel has contributed to educational institutions as the Humanities Department Chair and Athletic Director at North Hills Preparatory School and taught English and Foreign Language at Damien High School. Early career experience includes administrative roles at the Los Angeles Times. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UCLA and has completed further education in Special Education and Political Science.
