Elizabeth Kelly is an accomplished civil engineer with extensive experience in infrastructure management and leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Shoreline since September 2022, Elizabeth leads vital transportation, utilities, and facilities projects while ensuring community mobility and safety. Previously, as Senior Vice President at Parametrix, Elizabeth oversaw operations in the Puget Sound Region and managed diverse water and transportation markets. At Jacobs, Elizabeth provided consultancy on optimization for infrastructure organizations. Elizabeth has held various leadership roles at CH2M and Seattle Public Utilities, including Director of Project Management & Engineering, where oversight was provided for numerous capital projects. Early in the career, Elizabeth served as a Civil Engineer at the Seattle Water Department. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and a Certificate in Senior Executives in State & Local Government from Harvard Kennedy School.
