Kimberly Horns

Kimberly Horns has extensive experience in finance and payroll management, currently serving as Payroll Manager and previously as Financial Assistant for the City of Shreveport since October 2018. Prior to this role, Kimberly worked as a Finance Associate at Caesars Entertainment Corporation from February 2013 to October 2018 and as a Payroll Clerk at the Los Angeles County Department of Human Resources from February 1999 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a degree from Springfield College.
