Von Jennings, MPA, currently serves as the Financial Inclusion and Equity Manager for the City of Shreveport, focusing on promoting diversity and inclusion through financial empowerment initiatives. With extensive experience as the owner of Von Jennings Consulting Services since 2006, Jennings excels in governmental affairs, grant writing, outreach, and public affairs, securing funding and developing strategic proposals. Past roles include Assistant Grant Director at Bossier Parish Community College, where responsibilities included program evaluation and workforce development partnerships, and various positions enhancing business diversity and workforce development in multiple organizations. Von Jennings holds a Master of Public Administration from Southern University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Political Science from Grambling State University.
