Carlo Tomaino

Carlo Tomaino has extensive experience in municipal operations, economic development, and public administration. Carlo currently serves as the City Manager for the City of Signal Hill, California, overseeing various departments and budgets. Prior to this role, Carlo held positions such as Assistant City Manager and Economic Development Manager in other cities. Carlo has a strong educational background with degrees in Urban and Regional Planning, Public Administration, Political Science, and Government from California State University, Fullerton. In addition, Carlo has served as the Vice-Chairman of the Ladera Ranch Civic Council, providing policy direction and participating in council meetings and committees.
