Leah Chulsky

Leah Chulsky is a seasoned urban planning professional with extensive experience in land use planning. Currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of Snohomish since March 2023, Chulsky previously held the position of Senior Land Use Planner at Terrane Land Surveying from June 2022 to February 2023. A long tenure at the City of Bellevue as a Land Use Planner from March 1999 to June 2022 highlights a strong foundation in municipal planning. Chulsky holds a Master of Public Administration as well as a Bachelor of Public Administration with a focus on Political Science and Government, both obtained from Seattle University.
