Brian Laubscher

Brian Laubscher is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in preconstruction leadership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Solon City Councilman for Ward 7 since December 2023, Brian's career includes significant roles such as Director of Preconstruction at both Shook Construction and Independence Construction, as well as a long tenure at Donley's, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed Director of Preconstruction, Chief Estimator, and Senior Estimator. Previous experience also includes Project Manager at Turner Construction and Estimator at Illes Construction. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University, earned between 1984 and 1988, alongside foundational education from Shaker Heights High School.
