Prior experience includes a tenure as the Senior Program Manager for International Programs at the Alliance to Save Energy from 1998 to 2008. Angela holds a Master of Science in Natural Resources and Environment from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in History and German Studies from Northwestern University.
