David Guhin serves as the City Manager for the City of Sonoma since May 2023, following a role as Executive Director of Government Operations for the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria from September 2020 to April 2023. Previously, Guhin held various positions at the City of Santa Rosa from January 2006 to September 2020, including Assistant City Manager and Director of Santa Rosa Water, where responsibilities encompassed planning, development, and management of utility systems. Guhin's earlier experience includes project engineering at Malcolm Pirnie and roles as Assistant Engineer in Stafford County and the City of Santa Rosa. David Guhin holds a Master of Organization Development from Sonoma State University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from South Dakota Mines.
