Kelsey Lange

Kelsey Lange, CAPM, serves as the Operations Manager for IT at the City of South Bend, having progressed from a Business Analyst role within the Department of Innovation and Technology since May 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing software and hardware procurement, IT project management, and providing strategic support to the CIO and CTO. Prior to this, Kelsey gained experience as an Analyst at Bayer HealthCare, focusing on process improvement and training development, and received multiple awards for contributions to efficiency and leadership. Kelsey also held positions at Menards and Tween Brands, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana University South Bend, specializing in International Business and East Asian Languages and Cultures.
