Andrew Black

Andrew Black, CPA, serves as the Financial Services Supervisor for the City of South Lake Tahoe since August 2018, following a role as an Accountant. Prior to this position, Andrew held an Accountant role at Carmichael Water District from April 2017 to August 2018 and gained experience as a Staff Accountant at Mann, Urrutia, Nelson, CPAs between October 2015 and March 2017. Andrew's career began at State Street as a Fund Accountant from January 2015 to September 2015. Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Chico, between 2009 and 2014.
