Robert (Dean) Flores is an experienced urban and regional planning professional currently serving as a Senior Planner for the City of South Pasadena since July 2023. Prior to this role, Robert held several positions in various municipalities, including Associate Planner for the City of Rolling Hills Estates and Assistant Planner for the City of Azusa. Robert's planning experience is complemented by a background as a Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System. An educational foundation in public administration and urban planning includes a Master’s degree from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, Robert has experience in educational settings, having worked as a substitute teacher and special education paraeducator.
