Tara Schultz

Tara Schultz is an experienced executive recruiter currently at Peckham & McKenney since January 2022 and serving as the Interim Human Resources & Risk Manager for the City of South Pasadena since August 2021. Prior roles include City Manager for the City of Claremont from February 2018 to October 2020 and a long tenure at the City of Alhambra from June 1999 to January 2018, where Tara held multiple positions, including Deputy City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and Human Resources Director, with expertise in economic development, project development and implementation, and human resource management.
