Neil Krutz

Neil Krutz has extensive experience in various roles in the City of Sparks, including City Manager, Assistant City Manager, Deputy City Manager, Director of Community Services, Director of Community Development, Deputy Director of Community Development, Engineering Manager, and Civil Engineer. Neil also has experience in consulting geotechnical and civil engineering for mining and municipal clients. Neil holds an MBA in Business Administration, MSCE in Civil Engineering, and BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
