Bobby Halbig

Bobby Halbig is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Engineering Tech III in the Traffic Operations Section of the City of Spokane since December 2014, focusing on traffic flow studies and CAD work for project proposals. Prior to this, Bobby held various roles at SCAFCO Grain Systems from January 2010 to September 2014, including District Sales Manager, Project Consultant, and Estimator, where responsibilities included managing dealer networks, facilitating training courses, and designing grain storage facilities. Earlier career experience includes positions as Sales Manager and Project Manager at Western Construction Products, Inc., from February 2003 to December 2009, with a focus on sales, project management, and drafting. Bobby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Washington State University, along with relevant certifications and associate degrees in Architectural Technology and Mechanical Engineering from Community Colleges of Spokane.
