Kevin G.

Kevin G. currently serves as the Head of Legal for Open Banking at Evolve Bank & Trust since December 2023. Kevin has been a City Council Alderman for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, since 2017, holding the position of Vice Mayor from 2021 to 2023 and participating in the Transportation Committee during the same period. Previously, Kevin held various roles at FirstBank from 2015 to 2023, including Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and Mortgage Counsel. Before that, positions at Bank of America included Assistant Vice President for Legal and Mortgage Resolution Associate. Kevin began a legal career as a Consumer Rights Advocate at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc., and previously served as a Senior Law Clerk at Zisser Family Law. Kevin earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Florida Coastal School of Law and holds a Bachelor's degree from Lipscomb University.
