Matt Fitterer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management, operations, and public service. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Strategy & Transformation at Sarah Cannon Research Institute, Fitterer leads strategic initiatives to foster network site growth. As an elected Alderman for the City of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Fitterer contributes to the city's legislative body, chairs the Budget & Finance Advisory Committee, and provides insights on community development through the Planning & Zoning Commission. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at D4C Dental Brands, Director of Operations at Carabiner Rehab and Surgical, and multiple director-level positions at Dura Medic. Fitterer is also experienced in athletic training, having worked with NCAA Division I programs and professional sports teams. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Arizona University, a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a Health Services emphasis from Keller Graduate School of Management.
