Christopher Fraser, MBA has extensive experience in finance and administration. Christopher most recently served as the Deputy Director of Administration & Finance for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts, overseeing financial components of the Springfield Redevelopment Authority. In this role, they managed a large annual operating budget, conducted financial planning and analysis, and ensured grant compliance for multiple funding programs. Christopher also served as the Senior Budget Analyst for the City, collaborating with various departments on financial matters, drafting the Multi-Year Financial Plan, and managing citywide initiatives. Prior to their work at the City, they held the position of Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings and worked as a Front-End Supervisor/Customer Service representative at Big Y World Class Market.
Christopher Fraser, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration degree from American International College in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Western New England University in 2011.
