Christopher Fraser

Christopher Fraser, MBA has extensive experience in finance and administration. Christopher most recently served as the Deputy Director of Administration & Finance for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts, overseeing financial components of the Springfield Redevelopment Authority. In this role, they managed a large annual operating budget, conducted financial planning and analysis, and ensured grant compliance for multiple funding programs. Christopher also served as the Senior Budget Analyst for the City, collaborating with various departments on financial matters, drafting the Multi-Year Financial Plan, and managing citywide initiatives.
