Holly Ruggieri is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in budget management and financial planning within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Director of Budget at Tufts Medicine since June 2023, Ruggieri oversees the preparation and administration of annual operating budgets and manages capital budget processes. Previously, Ruggieri held several key positions at Beth Israel Lahey Health, including Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and Budget Manager, where responsibilities included corporate budgeting and variance reporting in collaboration with executive leadership.
