Scott Donelon

Scott Donelon is a seasoned solid waste management professional with extensive experience across multiple roles and companies in the waste and recycling industry. Currently serving as Solid Waste Manager for the City of Springfield, Massachusetts since March 2010, Scott oversees all Solid Waste, Recycling, and Landfill operations, managing a budget of $10 million and a team of 60 employees. Prior positions include Regional Sales Manager at OAKLEAF Waste Management, General Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Site Manager at Waste Management, Inc., Night Operations Manager at I.E.S.I Environmental, and Operations Supervisor at BFI Waste. Scott holds educational credentials from Palomar College and Farmingdale State College.
