Rae-Lynne Spila

Rae-Lynne Spila is an accomplished Municipal Engineer with extensive experience in the field, currently working for the City of Spruce Grove since July 2021. Previously, Rae-Lynne held the positions of Senior Municipal Engineer and Acting Manager at Leduc County from June 2015 to April 2021. Rae-Lynne took an extended leave from July 2012 to May 2015 to focus on family, during which time involvement in community activities included helping in a family retail store and extensive volunteering in education and sports. Earlier career roles included Project Engineer at Focus Corporation, Engineering Technologist at Yellowhead County, and Engineer in Training at EXH Engineering Services Ltd. Rae-Lynne holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering and a Certification in Alberta Land Use Planning from the University of Alberta.
