Allison Seddon

Allison Seddon has over 15 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at the City of St. Catharines since January 2011, where responsibilities include strategic planning, recruitment, health and safety, and performance management. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at CWD (SVAT, Tronics, and BlueTronics), where Allison handled comprehensive HR functions such as payroll, benefits, and training. Earlier experience includes HR Associate at the City of Welland, focusing on labor relations and policy research, as well as a progression from Customer Service Representative to HR Admin Assistant at HOCO Ltd., managing applications and recruitment recommendations. Allison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Brock University.
