Darko Marcevski

Darko Marcevski is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in recruitment, talent development, and organizational management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Recruitment and Development Consultant at EVN Macedonia since August 2021, Darko previously held roles as a Human Resources Consultant at Vesica and Human Resources Officer at GIZ North Macedonia, where responsibilities included strategic personnel planning and talent development. Darko’s experience also encompasses a Senior Talent Development Specialist position at ALKALOID AD, focusing on performance and succession planning, as well as various leadership roles at Pivara Skopje AD, where contributions included managing training programs and performance management systems. Darko began a career in education as an Education Coordinator for Foundation Step by Step Macedonia, promoting inclusive teaching methodologies. Darko holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje and an MBA from COTRUGLI Business School.
