Claire Malmstrom

Claire joined Galt in 2021 with over 15 years of legal and human resources experience. Her strategic approach to human resources is developing solutions and resolutions to address business objectives while maintaining compliance standards. She understands that fostering a foundation of trust, communication, and accountability within employee groups helps streamline processes, clarify goals, and ultimately enhance personal and professional achievement. Claire holds a BS in History from Utah State University, a JD from Valparaiso School of Law, as well as SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certifications.
