Phil Riley is currently the Assistant City Solicitor at the City of St. Catharines, with previous experience as a Regional Prosecutor and Manager of Regulatory Compliance at Niagara Region. Prior to that, Riley served as a Provincial Prosecutor at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General. Riley holds a National Accreditation Certificate in Law from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada, a Bachelor of Laws degree from Northumbria University, a Master of Business Administration degree from William Howard Taft University, a Diploma in Paralegal studies from triOS College, and a Bachelor's degree from McMaster University.
