Denice Brogan

Denice Brogan has a range of experience in the human resources field. Denice started their career as a Recruiter at Dynamic Search Systems in 1994 and stayed there until 1999. In 1999, they joined iXL as an HR Generalist and worked there until 2000. Denice then moved on to Navigant International as a Recruiter from 2000 to 2001. Currently, they are serving as the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the City of St. Charles since July 2001.

Denice Brogan's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which they obtained from St. Norbert College from 1990 to 1994. Denice then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University from 1995 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Denice Brogan has also achieved various certifications. In November 2004, they obtained the SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. In January 2015, they obtained the SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. Finally, in October 2016, they obtained the Certified Labor Relations Professional (CLRP) certification from the NPELRA (National Public Employer Labor Relations Association).
