Anita Telkamp

Anita Telkamp is a multifaceted professional with extensive experience in teaching, real estate, and grants administration. As a Certified Zentangle Teacher with Zentangle Inc. since June 2016, Anita focuses on teaching the relaxing art of structured pattern drawing. In addition, Anita has been a Licensed Realtor with Alexander Realty Inc. since February 2014, specializing in residential real estate sales and housing market analysis. Since May 2004, Anita has served as a Grants Administrator for the City of St. Charles, Missouri, overseeing various Community Development Block Grant programs that support public services and homeownership assistance. Anita’s educational background includes certifications in lead renovation from Jackson-Morris Environmental Technology and Consulting, participation in the UMSL NLA Program, and completed studies at Sandford Brown Business College and Kaskaskia College, along with leadership training in Vision St. Charles County Leadership from 2010 to 2011.
