Erik Lawrenz

Erik Lawrenz has extensive experience in law enforcement, having served as a Police Officer and currently as a Police Sergeant for the City of St. Charles, MO, since November 2000. Notable roles include Public Information Officer, Training Coordinator, and various tactical assignments such as the Special Response Team and Field Training Officer. In addition, Erik has owned ECL Consultants since February 2019, focusing on investigations related to use of force and training in various tactical disciplines. Erik's contributions extend to teaching as a Senior Master Instructor for Axon and as a Master Instructor for AMTEC Less Lethal Systems INC. Previous positions as a Police Officer in Springfield and Cape Girardeau, Missouri, added to a comprehensive background in criminal justice, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Southeast Missouri State University.
