Jennifer O'Connor, MBA, has over 20 years of finance and accounting experience. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Finance-Budget & Accounting for the City of St. Charles, MO since 2012, Jennifer oversees day-to-day operations and manages a team of six, handling General Ledger accounting and the preparation of annual audits and the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). Prior to this role, Jennifer worked as a Supervisor at Hochschild, Bloom & Co LLP from 2005 to 2012, where responsibilities included performing compilations, reviews, audits, and preparing tax returns for individuals and various entities. Earlier in Jennifer's career, positions at Coinco involved progress from Accounts Payable technician to Cost Accountant, managing inventory across multiple branches and manufacturing plants. Jennifer earned an MBA in Accounting and Business/Management from Lindenwood University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
