Jessica Ferguson

Jessica (Rasch) Ferguson has extensive experience in video production and communications, currently serving as the Business Development Coordinator for the City of St. Charles, MO since April 2012. In this role, Jessica has produced 10-15 original programs monthly while managing a team and overseeing the department budget and equipment purchases. Prior experience includes positions as Producer and Communications Supervisor at the City of St. Charles from 2006 to 2012, where responsibilities included video shooting, editing, scripting, and live production direction. Jessica began a career in media as a Production Assistant at various organizations, including the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod and Parabolic Productions, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Video Production/Communications from Webster University.
