Shanton Fountain

Shanton Fountain, MSHR, CPM, IPMA-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director for the City of St. Charles, MO, a position held since January 2009, with a progression through roles including Manager and Senior Generalist of Human Resources. Prior experience includes serving as District Administrator for Lennox Industries in St. Louis, MO, from September 2005 to October 2008. Shanton holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Fontbonne University (2017-2020), additional education from Lindenwood University (2013-2014), and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix (2008-2012).
