Rick Schultz has extensive experience in leadership and software development, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at LexisNexis since July 2020, where expertise is provided to a team of Software Engineers. Additionally, Rick serves as Mayor of the City of St. Joseph since January 2011, representing the city before various governmental bodies. Prior roles include Global Software R&D Manager and Sr. Data Architect at Landis+Gyr, Lead Data Architect at US Bank, IT Production Operations Manager at Antioch Company, and Manager of the IT Data Group at Creative Memories. Rick's career began at Fingerhut Corporation, where a range of managerial roles such as Manager of Database Administration were held. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Education from St. Cloud State University and an Associate Degree in Computer Operations from Saint Cloud Technical College.
