Jennifer Monson

Jennifer Monson, AICP, is a seasoned planning professional with a diverse background in current and long-range planning. Currently serving as the Redevelopment Administrator and previously as a Senior Planner and Planner for the City of St. Louis Park since April 2016, Jennifer engages with residents, developers, and policymakers. Before this role, Jennifer was the City Planner and Zoning Administrator for the City of Federal Heights, where responsibilities included rewriting the Comprehensive Plan to reflect demographic changes. Jennifer also held the City Planner position at the City of Clemson, managing rezoning cases and guiding planning processes, along with intern roles focused on bikeway planning and historical research on highway impacts. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a BA in Architecture from the University of Minnesota.
