Dean Kpere-Daibo

Dean Kpere-Daibo is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law, currently serving as Chairman of the City of Saint Louis Civil Service Commission and as a Commissioner on the same commission since October 2021. As a Partner and Co-Chair of the Traditional Labor Practice Group at Constangy since April 2021, Dean Kpere-Daibo oversees management interests in labor disputes across various legal forums, including state and federal courts. Previous positions include Partner at McMahon Berger, where Dean provided representation in labor and employment matters, and Associate Attorney at Pitzer Snodgrass, practicing civil defense litigation. Dean began the legal career as a Law Clerk for the Arkansas Municipal League, focusing on defending municipalities against employment-related lawsuits. Dean Kpere-Daibo holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
