Tony Minette, MPA, currently serves as the Senior Water Resource Manager for the City of St. Petersburg, a position held since December 2018. Prior to this role, Tony Minette amassed extensive experience in utility management, holding various positions with the Village of Frankfort from June 1998 to December 2018, including Director of Utilities and Utility Supervisor. Responsibilities included overseeing 16 full-time employees, managing multiple wells and wastewater treatment plants, and engaging in long-range planning projects.
