Nick Turner, SHRM-CP, IPMA-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist with the City of Statesville since January 2014. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes and overseeing day-to-day operations within the HR department. Previously, Nick held roles at Iredell Health System and Iredell Memorial Hospital, where tasks included coordinating leaves of absence, facilitating new employee orientations, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. With a background that also includes consulting and project management at the University Speaking Center, Nick possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Nick holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
